Sector RoundtableMetalworking is a space between government, unions, employers, employees, training institutions and SENA, which is conducted to identify competencies required for the productive sector to their Definition and Standardization.
CERTIFICATION OF COMPETENCE FOR INDUSTRIAL WORKERS
Recognition of a person’s ability to perform a job function with the specified quality at a competitive standard, regardless of how that competence has been acquired.
It is recognized by an evaluation process with an expert who acts as assessor, who collects the evidence on knowledge, product and an individual’s work performance, to determine whether it is competent or not yet, for a certain job function
